FOOD, KARMA KIDS & OTHER FAQS
Will there be food for purchase?
Yes! Food will be available onsite from FEAST Catering, serving up delicious food all day long. You can also pack a cooler if that is more your style.
Will there be activities for kids?
Karma Kids bring their magic to the day! Karma is designed to be a family-friendly event from noon until 8pm. We will have activities and entertainment for kids throughout the day so families can enjoy the event together. Crafts, glitter-tattoos, friendship pins and more! All kiddos are asked to leave by 8pm.
How does VIP work?
The VIP tent is for guests to purchase for their favourite bands. VIP is $50 for 30 min sets and $100 for 1 hour sets and includes, votes for your band, comfortable seating, a cooler full of drinks and a gret view of the stage.
What time does the event go until?
Music starts at 1pm and goes until midnight. Karma kids are asked to head home at 8pm.
Is there alcohol for sale onsite?
No alcohol is sold on site. BYOB.
What does the money go towards?
Bands choose their charity of choice from a list of local organizations that align with the Karma Concert.
How does the charity get chosen?
At Karma Concert, guests support the bands they love by purchasing “votes,” with each vote acting as a raffle ticket assigned to that band. The more votes a band receives, the larger their share of entries in the draw.
At the end of the night, one winning raffle ticket is randomly selected. The band associated with that ticket’s vote wins, and their chosen local charity receives the proceeds raised.
A fun way to celebrate local music while giving back to the community.
Where do I park?
Parking is on Awenda Park Road, no overnight parking permitted so please plan accordingly.
